If for any reason you are not happy with a product purchased from MyNutraShop, we will do our best to make it right. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, then our Refund policy shall afford you an easy and swift return process.

Here are the details regarding our policy for, returns, exchanges, and refunds so be sure to read through them well.

1. The Returns and Refunds 

Policy seit also explains who is eligible to make returns and be given refunds, as follows:

Return Window: Indeed, you are free to make a return within 30 days of purchasing the order. However, after 30 days of delivery, we do not issue refunds or exchange items back to our shelves.

Conditions for Returns: It is with this premise that B&H sets its rules to ensure that eligible items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging.
  • In the same condition as received.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.).

Note: There are some conditions and circumstances as to what you cannot return, for example, perishable products, consumables that have been opened, or items made to the buyer’s specific requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used health supplements, vitamins, or personal care products.
  • Non-returnable items that are purchased with the term “final sale” written across their labels.
  • Easily spoiled edibles or any other items that cannot be sold again Retail goods or merchandise that go bad easily or cannot be sold again in their current state.

3. How to Request a Return?

Contact Customer Support: Email at [email protected] indicating your order details and the reasons why you want to return the commodity.

Receive Return Authorization: For your request to be processed, our team shall assess it and if applicable issue and communicate to you a Return Authorization (RA) number to facilitate the return of the item to our company.

Prepare and Ship Your Item: Place the item back in the original packaging, write the RA number and then ship the item back to the address that customer support gives via a trackable shipping method provided.

4. Refund Process

When we receive your return, the item shall be reviewed by a team for the quality of returns accepted. Once the return is approved, we will cause the refund to the original payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Amount: The refund of course will be made to the customer with the option of returning the item(s) at his/her own expense less transportation costs. In-order shipping costs are non-refundable unless there has been an error on our part that resulted in a return.

Processing Time: Kindly consider 7 days for the refund to post, this depends on the bank or the card company that you are using.

5. Exchanges

In the case that you wish to make the exchange, follow the return policy process outlined above. After the return has been completed, you can order the item you want again.

 6. Damaged or Defective Items

In case you have received a damaged or defective product, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the order. Please send pictures and a brief description of the problem and we will ensure that we assist you in organizing for a replacement or a full refund.
